What information does Fintecs Limited gather/track about you through its websites?

During a free registration process for the use of certain pages of Fintecs Limited websites, access to certain Fintecs Limited services, Fintecs Limited may ask you to supply an email address and demographic information (address, country, postcode).  Fintecs Limited may log IP addresses, or the location of your computer on the Internet, for systems administration, statistical and troubleshooting purposes.

Contact: Fintecs Limited may contact you to confirm registration and to advise you of changes to the system it considers important.

E-Mail: Using the email addresses provided at registration, Fintecs Limited periodically sends promotional email to its subscribers about services and publications offered by Fintecs Limited.

Statistical Analysis: Fintecs Limited may perform statistical analyses of user behaviour of its sites in order to measure interest in the various areas of its site.

With whom does Fintecs Limited share the information?

Aggregate disclosure only: Fintecs Limited will disclose information supplied electronically to third parties only in aggregate form.

Disclosure: Fintecs Limited will provide you all of your personal information provided electronically at registration upon request. This information will only be sent to the email address on file or when the request is supported by the subscriber ID associated with it.

Forums: Any information you disclose when posting a message in any forum, list servers and message boards which Fintecs Limited may offer, becomes public. Moreover, subscribers who post a message in Fintecs Limited forum and similar services may make their email address available to others through a feature of Fintecs Limited forum software, which could result in unsolicited email from other subscribers or parties, for which Fintecs Limited declines responsibility.

Third parties: Personal information about you supplied electronically as an individual subscriber will not be provided to any third party without your consent.

Opting-Out, Corrections and Cancellations

On request, Fintecs Limited will:

Correct personal information that you tell us is erroneous; or

Respond to a request to "opt out" of further email contact (excepting notification of major changes to the service), either on the original subscriber registration form or at any time subsequently, while still allowing access to the site;

Remove you and your personal information provided electronically from our database, thereby cancelling your registration.
